With a background in education spanning over 25 years, Saffar has served as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, college instructor, and instructional coach. Her work is grounded in evidence-based teaching practices and a deep commitment to educational equity. Driven by the belief that well-equipped teachers are essential to student success, Saffar established Teacher For Teachers to ensure educators—especially those working in underserved communities—receive the tools, knowledge, and support they need to help every child reach their full potential. She holds a Masters degree in TESOL from SUNY, Albany, and has led training initiatives that have impacted hundreds of educators and thousands of students across the East Coast of the United States.
is a reproductive physiologist and educator with over three decades of experience in biomedical research, clinical embryology, and community engagement. She holds a Ph.D. in Reproductive Physiology from Virginia Tech and has worked in leading IVF and reproductive medicine centers in both the U.S. and Jordan, including King Hussein Medical Center and West Virginia University Health Associates.
In addition to her scientific career, Dr. Odeh has taught Arabic at the university level and has been an active community leader, serving on school boards and interfaith councils. Her work bridges science, education, and service, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing women’s health and fostering inclusive learning environments.
is a detail-oriented business professional with a strong background in operations management, client relations, and forensic mental health. She currently serves as the Comptroller for KDS Contracting, LLC. Aubrey is strategic in her focus on financial oversight and operational efficiency, Aubrey plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth and client satisfaction.
Aubrey holds a Master of Science in Forensic Mental Health and a Bachelor of Science in Law and Society from The Sage Colleges, where she also completed coursework in business ethics, finance, and economics. Her early experience with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office helped develop her strengths in communication, discretion, and organizational integrity—skills she now brings to the private sector. Known for her adaptability, professionalism, and customer service excellence, Aubrey continues to apply her multidisciplinary expertise to ensure streamlined operations and client-first solutions in every aspect of her work.
Born in Russia in 1962 to an English mother and Iraqi father, I spent my formative years in Iraq before moving to the UK aged 19. Graduated from collage with a diploma in electrical installation. Worked for years as a freelance photographer, a bookseller and a cafe owner before my current job in property maintenance of a string of restaurants. I live in Wales with my wife of 35 years. I’m a father of 2 and grandfather of 1. I’ve always had an interest in pedagogy and the role of education in shaping a healthy society.
